1. Copy your name as on the passport: family name, then all given names.
2. Choose your marital status today. Married or common-law? Three screens about your spouse are added.
3. Give a WhatsApp number: that is how we write to you.

Your addresses

1. One row per address. Start with the one from ten years ago, then work up to today.
2. For today's address, tick “until today”.
3. Exact day forgotten? Use the 1st of the month. Each address starts where the previous one ends.

Never moved? One row. At your parents' or abroad: that is an address.

Your activities

1. One row per period, from the oldest to today: Employment, Studies, Unemployed or Other.
2. In “Details”: the position and the employer. Unemployed: what you were doing.
3. Studies adds three questions: level, school, qualification. High school counts. Not finished? Write “in progress”.
4. Still the case today? Tick “until today”. Studying and working at once: two rows, that is allowed.

Your trips abroad

1. Every stay outside your country counts, even two days: tourism, business, family, studies, pilgrimage.
2. Open your passport: the stamps give you the dates.
3. Never left the country in ten years? Tick the box below.

Your family

1. Father and mother first (their rows are ready), then brothers, sisters, half-brothers and half-sisters.
2. For each: name, date of birth, city and country where they live.
3. Deceased? Tick the box, give the date and their last city.
4. No longer in touch? Give the last known city, and tell us on WhatsApp.

The principal applicant's parents and siblings

Father and mother are required. Then add brothers and sisters, even if they live elsewhere.

1. One row per address where your spouse lived, from the oldest to today.
2. You lived together? Copy the same dates: that is normal.
3. Today's address: tick “until today”.

This is about them, not you. Exact date unknown? Use the 1st of the month.

Your documents

1. Scan as PDF: flat, well lit, all four corners visible. On a phone: Google Drive → “Scan”. Identity photos stay in JPG or PNG.
2. Drop each file in the right box. You can put several in the same place. If the site says “hard to read”, redo the scan.
3. Missing a document? Tick “I will provide this document later” and carry on.

Review, then send

1. A mistake? “← Previous”, correct it, come back here: nothing is lost.
2. Tick the statement, then press “Send my file”.
3. Then we check everything and write to you on WhatsApp.
