Your questions, our honest answers

Costs, timelines, guarantees, scams: here are the questions we hear the most — and the honest answers you deserve before getting started.

How much does support cost?
Every journey is unique, which is why our packs come with a free quote — you know exactly what you are paying before committing, with a payment schedule in instalments adapted to your situation. Two prices are fixed and displayed: the one-off consultation at 30,000 FCFA and the website/link verification at 10,000 FCFA. No payment is ever requested without a written quote.
How long does the process take?
The truth: it depends on your profile and IRCC's draws. The preparation phase (language test, credential assessment, proof of funds) usually takes a few months; after an invitation (ITA), IRCC processes most permanent residence applications in about 6 months. Beware of anyone promising you a precise date — nobody controls IRCC's timelines.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No — and nobody can, because IRCC decides. Whoever "guarantees" you a visa is lying to you: walk away. What we guarantee is what depends on us: a solid, compliant and complete application, a points strategy adapted to your profile, and a defence of your file to the very end — including responding to a procedural fairness letter.
How do I know you are not a scam?
Don't take our word for it — verify: we are a physical office at Carrefour BM in Makepe (Douala) where you can come and meet us, with a displayed tax ID (NIU P039618292658N), 5 years of activity and dated, verifiable testimonials. We are so committed against scams that we even offer a verification service for suspicious websites and links you receive.
Can I be supported remotely?
Yes. Most exchanges happen via WhatsApp and email: we support clients across Cameroon and abroad. Documents are shared online, and you are kept informed at every step of your file.
My score is low — is it hopeless?
No: a score can be worked on. Language is the #1 lever (going from CLB 7 to CLB 9 can bring more than 90 CRS points) — that is exactly what our TCF/TEF preparation courses are for. Add the French-speaking category, a second credential assessment or a provincial nomination. Start by measuring: eligibility test and CRS calculator, free.
Where do I actually start?
Three risk-free steps: 1) take the free eligibility test (2 minutes); 2) request your free profile assessment; 3) if your project is viable, a consultation (30,000 FCFA) maps out your complete roadmap.
