By creating an account or buying access to the IELTS Prep simulator from Immigration Voyages (immigration-voyages.com), you accept the following terms — written plainly, because clarity is one of our values.

1. The service

The IELTS Prep simulator is an online practice platform for the IELTS test, Academic and General Training: papers under exam conditions, marking with explanations, writing and speaking prompts. It prepares you for the test; it does not replace it.

We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP or Cambridge Assessment English. The materials are our own original work, written to the official format. The bands and CLB levels shown are indicative estimates that bind none of those organisations, nor IRCC, nor any test centre.

2. What the simulator marks, and what it does not

  • Listening and Reading are marked automatically, question by question, with an indicative band.
  • Writing is marked by artificial intelligence against the four official criteria, up to the number of corrections included in your access. The band returned is an estimate: it places your level, it does not carry the weight of an examiner's mark. A correction is only deducted when it succeeds.
  • Extra corrections are topped up separately, without changing the length of your access.
  • Speaking is not marked automatically: a recording has to be listened to. Human marking of your recordings is a separate service, whose content and price are given to you before you commit to anything.

3. Strictly personal account and access

  • An account belongs to one person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • Access works on two devices at most — your computer and your phone, for instance. A third device is refused; if you change device, write to us on WhatsApp and we reset your devices in a minute.
  • IELTS Prep access is separate from TCF Prep access, even though both open with the same account: having one does not give you the other.
  • If sharing is established, access is suspended without refund.

4. Duration and payment

  • Access periods (2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months) start when our team activates them, after payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are given on request, before any payment, with a breakdown of what is included.
  • Payment goes exclusively through our official channel: first contact on (+237) 621 100 723 (WhatsApp), which gives you the payment number. We are not responsible for payments made to numbers obtained elsewhere.
  • An extension is added to the days you have left: it never costs you any.

5. Refunds

Because access is digital content available immediately, no refund is possible after activation. Before buying, take the two free tests: they open in full with a free account, all four papers included, and show you exactly what you are buying. If a major technical problem cannot be resolved, we extend your access.

6. Protected content

The materials, passages, questions, answer keys, explanations and audio recordings in the simulator are the property of Immigration Voyages Sarl. Any reproduction, capture, distribution or resale, in whole or in part, is prohibited and leads to account suspension, without prejudice to legal action.

7. Your data

We store your email address and your Listening and Reading results, solely to run the service and track your progress. Your written answers and speaking recordings stay on your device and are not sent to us. No resale, no transfer to third parties. The detail is in our privacy policy. 8. Miscellaneous

We may develop the simulator, the question bank and the prices (access already granted is never shortened). These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. A question? Write to us — we answer quickly.
