1. Who we are

The site immigration-voyages.com is published by Immigration Voyages, an immigration and travel consultancy, Carrefour BM, Makepe, Douala, Cameroon · Taxpayer no. (NIU) P039618292658N.

2. What the site offers you

• Information: articles, questions & answers, official lists, fee scales, draw updates — checked to the best of our ability, as of the date shown on each page.
• Free tools: eligibility test, score calculator, document check-list, reference-letter checker, consistency check, application tracker. They compute in your browser and require no account.
• Paid preparations: the TCF Prep and the IELTS simulator, governed by their own access terms.
• Application support: quoted individually and governed by a written contract signed between you and the firm — for that service, the contract prevails over this page.

3. What the site is not

The site is not IRCC, nor any immigration authority. Immigration Voyages is not affiliated with any government — not Canada's, not anyone's. Visa, residence and admission decisions belong solely to the authorities of the destination country.

No result is ever promised. Our job is to build solid applications and defend them. A score displayed by our calculators is an estimate at the time of calculation: rules change, and only your real situation, reviewed document by document, is authoritative.

Published information is not personalised legal advice. It informs; it does not replace a review of your case. If a page of this site ever differs from an official requirement in force, the official requirement always prevails.

4. Your account

• An account is free, personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for what happens on it.
• The information given at sign-up must be accurate.
• Your password is not to be shared. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account.
• Paid accesses (TCF Prep, IELTS) are limited to two devices — the details are in their own terms.
• We may suspend an account used to cheat, resell content, harass, or attempt to bypass the site's security — after warning you, except in an emergency.

5. Your commitments

• Never hand us false documents or false statements. Any application built on a falsified document is refused or stopped, without exception — this also protects you: IRCC bans applicants caught misrepresenting for five years.
• Use the tools for your own project (or that of someone close you are helping), not to scrape our content or feed a competing service.
• In public questions and comments: stay courteous, do not publish other people's personal data, no disguised advertising.
• Do not disrupt the site's operation (deliberate overload, intrusion attempts, circumventing protections).

6. Payments

Paid services are settled only through the means listed on the site or in your contract, and always come with a receipt. Nobody at our firm will ever ask you to pay to a personal number not announced in writing on our official channels — if that happens, do not pay and write to us.

Refund terms depend on the service: they are written in the TCF Prep terms, the IELTS simulator terms, or your support contract.

7. Ownership of content

The texts, tools, practice papers, corrections, illustrations and the book "Mission Canada" are the property of Immigration Voyages or their authors. You may read them, use them for your project and quote short excerpts with a link to the page. You may not bulk-copy them, resell them, republish them or build them into another service without our written consent.

What you write on the site (questions, comments) remains yours; by publishing it, you simply allow us to display it on the site, under your name or your member code.

8. Your data and your entries

What you type into the free tools stays in your browser and is erased when the page reloads — by design. With an account, some entries are kept so they can be shown back to you. Who sees what, for how long, how to delete everything: the privacy policy answers all of that, and it is part of these terms.

9. Our limits, stated honestly

• We keep the site up to date as best we can; even so, a page may lag behind a rule change. Always check official requirements before acting, and report any gap to us: we fix it.
• The site may be temporarily unavailable (maintenance, incident at a host). We accept no liability for indirect losses, but we do what it takes to restore it quickly.
• Links to third-party sites (IRCC, IOM, exam centres…) are provided to help you; their content is not under our control.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Cameroonian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. If we disagree, let's talk first: contact@immigration-voyages.com — nearly every dispute is settled that way. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those of Douala.

11. Changes

If these terms change in any significant way, we will say so on this page — the update date is always shown below. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it; if a change does not suit you, simply stop using the site and ask us to delete your account.
