By creating an account or purchasing a pack on the Immigration Voyages TCF Prep platform (immigration-voyages.com), you accept the following terms — written plainly, because clarity is one of our values.
1. The service
TCF Prep is an online training platform for the TCF Canada: exam-condition tests, writing and speaking subjects with model corrections, progress tracking. It prepares you for the exam but does not replace it: the scores and NCLC levels displayed are indicative estimates that are not binding on France Éducation international, IRCC or any exam centre.
2. Strictly personal account and access
- An account belongs to one person only. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Access works on two devices at most — for example your computer and your phone. A third device is refused; if you change devices, write to us on WhatsApp and we reset your devices within a minute.
- If sharing is detected, access is suspended without refund.
3. Packs, durations and payment
- Packs (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months) start when activated by our team, after payment confirmation.
- The applicable prices are those displayed on the TCF Prep page at the time of purchase.
- Payment goes exclusively through our official channel: first contact at (+237) 621 100 723 (WhatsApp), which provides the payment number. We are not responsible for payments made to numbers obtained elsewhere.
4. Refunds
As access is digital content consumed immediately, no refund is possible after activation. Before buying, try the platform: 8 trial subjects are included with any free account. In the event of a major technical problem we cannot solve, we extend or credit the access.
5. Pack bonuses
The bonuses advertised on the 1-month and 2-month packs (the "Mission Canada" book, a 5% or 10% discount on your immigration support process with us) are linked to the account that purchased the pack and are claimed on WhatsApp with the account email. They are personal and non-transferable. The included AI corrections are not a bonus: they are part of the pack, within the quota displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Protected content
The subjects, texts, questions and corrections on the platform are the property of Immigration Voyages. Any reproduction, capture, distribution or resale is prohibited and leads to account suspension, without prejudice to legal action.
7. Your data
We store your email and your training results, solely to run the service and track your progress. No resale or transfer to third parties. To delete your account and data: write to contact@immigration-voyages.com.
8. Miscellaneous
We may evolve the platform, the subject bank and the prices (active accesses are never reduced). These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any question? Write to us — we answer fast.
