The essentials in six lines

  • We do not sell or rent your data. Ever, to anyone.
  • Your practice papers and voice recordings are deleted when your access ends.
  • Your writing tasks are sent to an artificial intelligence service to be marked — we say so plainly, and you can do without it.
  • Only the office administrator and assistant see your data.
  • The newsletter is a separate choice, never pre-ticked.
  • A deletion request to immigrationvoy@gmail.com and everything goes.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Immigration Voyages, immigration and travel consultancy, Carrefour BM, Makepe, Douala, Cameroon · NIU P039618292658N.
Contact for any question or request: immigrationvoy@gmail.com ou (+237) 621 100 723.

2. What we collect, and why

If you create a TCF Prep account

  • Your email address — to identify you and give you access to your subjects.
  • Your password — encrypted. We never see it and cannot read it.
  • Your results and progress — scores, answers, history, so we can show them back to you.
  • Your writing tasks — to mark them and return them with comments.
  • Your speaking recordings — so you can listen back, and for human marking if you asked for it.
  • A device identifier — to limit account sharing to two devices. It is not an advertising cookie and tells us nothing about your browsing.

If you ask to be contacted

The “Be contacted” button on our calculators records your first name, phone number and the score you had just obtained — solely so we can call you back.

If you use our free tools

The eligibility test, the score calculator and the document checklist compute everything in your browser. Nothing is sent or stored with us unless you click a contact button yourself.

If you become a supported client

To assemble your file we hold the documents you entrust to us: civil status, passport number, diplomas, work experience, IRCC file numbers. This data is used solely to prepare and defend your application.

Audience measurement

We count page views and button clicks, with no cookie and without identifying anyone. It tells us which pages are useful, not who read them.

3. Marking by artificial intelligence

When you request automatic marking of your writing task, the text you wrote is sent to an artificial intelligence provider which produces the mark and the comments. We say so clearly because many sites do not.

  • Only the text of your paper leaves — not your name, not your email.
  • It is not published, resold, or used to train models.
  • You trigger the sending by clicking AI marking. If you prefer, use only the model answer or human marking: nothing leaves.

4. How long we keep your data

DataRetention period
Account and email addressAs long as the account exists. Deleted on request.
Writing task papersThe validity period of your access. Deleted when it expires.
Voice recordingsThe validity period of your access. Deleted when it expires.
Results and scoresAs long as the account exists.
Call-back requests (first name, phone)12 months after the last exchange.
File of a supported clientFor the duration of the process, then 5 years — a file can be reopened or challenged long afterwards.
Audience measurementAnonymous from the outset: nothing to delete.
Why papers and recordings disappear with your access: an account can change hands — someone may reuse it later for a relative. Keeping old papers would mean mixing up two people. On expiry, everything personal to you is erased.

5. Who has access

  • The office administrator and assistant, and nobody else. Other site accounts (blog readers, students) see nothing but their own data.
  • Our technical hosts, which store the data without using it: Supabase for the database and files, Netlify for the site.
  • The artificial intelligence provider, solely for the text of the papers you send for marking (see point 3).

We do not sell, rent or exchange any data for advertising or commercial purposes.

6. The newsletter

Receiving our updates — Express Entry draws, rule changes, tips — is a separate choice. The box is never pre-ticked, and we record the date you ticked it. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us. Declining the newsletter changes nothing about your access.

7. Your rights

You may ask us at any time:

  • to see the data we hold about you;
  • to correct it if it is wrong;
  • to delete it, including your account;
  • to stop receiving the newsletter.

One address for all of this: immigrationvoy@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Deletion is final: we will not be able to restore your papers or your history.

One honest caveat: if your immigration file is in progress, we cannot delete everything immediately — we need it to defend your case, and so do you. We will then tell you exactly what can go right away and what must wait until the process ends.

8. Security

  • The whole site runs on HTTPS.
  • Passwords are encrypted; nobody at the office can read yours.
  • Your voice recordings sit in a private space, never publicly accessible.
  • Access to your data is denied by default and opened only to team accounts.

No system is infallible. If an incident affected your data, we would tell you and explain what to do.

9. Changes

If this policy changes significantly, we will say so on this page and tell you at your next sign-in. The update date is always shown below.
